The Betty & Shmuel Rosenkranz Oration: Commemorating the 77th Anniversary of Kristallnacht and marking the induction of Mr Shmuel Rosenkranz as the Inaugural Life Governor of the Melbourne Holocaust Museum.
Keynote Speaker: Dr Avril Alba (Lecturer in Holocaust Studies and Jewish Civilisation, Department of Hebrew, Biblical and Jewish Studies, University of Sydney, and former Education Director at the Sydney Jewish Museum).
Dr Alba will give a lecture on ‘L’dor va’dor: Holocaust Memorial Museums and the Intergenerational Transmission of Memory’.
