The Counterfeiters (2007) 100 mins
Directed by Stefan Ruzowitzky
This provocative film is based on the true story of the largest counterfeiting operation in history, which was set up by the Nazis in 1936. Depicting the ethical dilemmas confronting a group of Jewish prisoners in Sachsenhausen, the film asks the question: ‘What would you do to survive?’
