Life Certificate Signing

Important announcement for recipients of compensation payments from Germany

Registered recipients of German compensation can have their ‘Life Certificates’ endorsed officially at the Melbourne Holocaust Museum (MHM) on Thursday 25 July 2019, between 1:00pm and 3.00pm.

It is essential for those who would like their certificates signed and stamped to complete the required information on the forms they have received prior to their appointments, and to bring proof of identity with them – valid photo-ID such as a passport, driver’s license, Keypass or proof-of-age card.

Alternatively, applicants may wish to have their certificates signed and stamped at the bank at which their relevant account is held, and then mail the certificate to the German Consulate, Level 4 Suite 8, 118 Queen Street, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000.
