Life Certificates for German Compensation Payments

Registered recipients of German compensation can have their ‘Life Certificates’ endorsed officially at the Melbourne Holocaust Museum on Thursday 8 August 2010, between 2:00pm and 4:00pm.

It is essential for those who would like their certificates signed and stamped at the Centre by German Consular staff to complete the required information on the forms prior to their appointments, and to bring proof of identity with them – valid photo-ID such as a passport, driver’s license, Keypass or proof-of-age card).

Alternatively, applicants may wish to have their Certificates signed and stamped at the German Consulate, 480 Punt Road, South Yarra, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 12:00pm.

All queries relating to applications for German compensation should be directed to the German Consulate General on (03) 9864 6888.
