A much sought-after media commentator, he has been interviewed on radio and TV and has written opinion pieces for The Age, The Australian, The Canberra Times, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Times of Israel and The Herald Sun. He has also hosted sessions at the International Melbourne Writers’ Festival and The Film Festival. For the last 15 years he has contributed a monthly column for The Australian Jewish News.
Dr Abramovich is the author of four books and was president of The Australian Association of Jewish Studies for three terms. His book, Flashpoints: Israel, anti-Semitism and The Holocaust, was published last year. His new book is A Touch of Genius: Portraits and Masterpieces.
