Guest Speaker: Olaf Ossmann, is a specialist in international law and restitution of art works.
Topic: “Deprivation of Art Work by the Nazi Regime in Europe – Consequences for Art Collectors Today”.
Swiss-based lawyer Olaf Ossmann will speak about the art collection of Jewish industrialist Richard Semmel and its fate during and after the Holocaust.
Mr Ossmann will discuss the Nazi policy on art and Jews and the subsequent policy that led to the Washington Conference on Holocaust Era Assets.
