As the Centre hosts many school groups, sometimes a specific date or time may already be booked or unavailable. With this in mind, we ask that you choose three date and time options that would suit you best (in order of preference) and we shall do our best to accommodate your most preferred selection.

Booking Terms & Conditions
- All onsite and outreach programs scheduled will be fulfilled in line with the current federal and state government regulations at the time of the booking, with specific reference to the COVID-19 situation in Australia but not limited to this. In the event these bookings cannot be honoured they will be substituted with a virtual workshop offering and any difference in cost will be refund to the school.
- A tax invoice will be issued after your booking and is payable within 7-days of the invoice date.
- Changes to student numbers and cancellations made more than 14-days prior to the scheduled visit will NOT incur a cancellation fee.
- Changes to student numbers and cancellations made within 14-days of the scheduled visit will incur a cancellation fee of $2 per student and any difference in cost will be credited to the school for use on a future education program or refund if requested.
- Due to Occupational Health and Safety and COVID-19 regulations, capacity restrictions are in place, and accordingly you must not bring a greater number of attendees than you have booked for.
- Your booking may be amended by the MHM subject to availability.
- If the number of attendees present on the day is less than the quantity booked, you may be charged a non-attendance fee of $2 per attendee (applicable when the variance is greater than 15% of the total amount booked).
- Due to the fragile nature of our displays, we request that you do not bring bags into the learning studios. Cloak room facilities are available, items are held at the owner's risk.
