Values of Participation

At the workshop, I understand that all voices are equally important, which means: 

• I value my voice:  I am curious and open-minded. I feel eager to share my opinion and contribute to thought-provoking discussions.   
• I value the voices of my peers:  I am open to being challenged, respect different viewpoints, and believe that every perspective is valid – even if I do not agree.
