In workplaces we can build skills to listen reflectively, to stay curious and open to stories that challenge or expand how we see the world.
The Space Between is an immersive workplace program that helps organisations move beyond compliance toward connection and understanding. Supported by the Victorian Government’s Multicultural Affairs portfolio and Monash University, the program invites participants to step into the lives of six Australian Jews using a powerful immersive VR experience, creating space for connection, curiosity and meaningful conversations across difference.
These stories aren’t about the past. They’re about now. Professionally facilitated, and offered at no cost, The Space Between provides a structured framework for dialogue and reflection on how we listen, lead, and make decisions at work, and in life.
This isn’t political.
It’s human.
It’s about learning to pause.
The hope is that the change doesn’t just stay in the room. That participants step into the space between, to start a conversation and listen to reflect, rather than resolve, because social cohesion begins when we make space for everyone’s story.
The Space Between. Where understanding begins.
