In workplaces we can build skills to listen reflectively, to stay curious and open to stories that challenge or expand how we see the world.
The Space Between is an immersive workplace program that helps organisations move beyond compliance toward connection and understanding. Supported by the Victorian Government’s Multicultural Affairs portfolio and Monash University, The Space Between brings people together in facilitated conversations that foster empathy, curiosity and connection across difference.
Using dialogue that humanises, VR tech and facilitated discussions, participants engage with perspectives beyond their own and practise the skills needed for constructive dialogue and reflective listening.
Best for: Organisations seeking a space for safe dialogue across difference, through meaningful human engagement and discussion.
