About this event

Join us for the official launch of The Space Between ~ Where Understanding Begins, a new workplace program created by the Melbourne Holocaust Museum.

In environments where people are often hesitant to speak openly, particularly about issues like antisemitism, The Space Between creates a structured, facilitated setting for meaningful dialogue, deeper connection and understanding. Drawing on powerful storytelling films, the workplace program encourages listening, reflection and the consideration of different perspectives, offering participants space to pause and reflect on how they listen, lead and make decisions, at work and in life.

At a time of rising antisemitism and fraying social cohesion, when workplace leaders are expected to go beyond policy to actively create safe, inclusive and compliant environments, The Space Between supports leaders to move from compliance toward connection and understanding.

Bringing together partners, supporters and workplaces, the official launch introduces the thinking behind the program, its impact and the role it will play in Australian workplaces.

The Space Between. Where understanding begins.

Hear from the Minister for Multicultural Affairs, Ingrid Stitt, alongside a powerful lineup of inspiring voices.

The Melbourne Holocaust Museum acknowledges the support of the Victorian Government.
