The Space Between Workplace Program
Aimed at workplaces, senior leaders and staff, The Space Between is an immersive learning experience that invites participants into the lives and stories of six Melbourne Jews, followed by a facilitated workshop designed to encourage meaningful dialogue and reflection.
The 90-minute program brings contemporary Jewish lived experience into the room through storytelling, conversation, and guided reflection. It is designed to be human, grounded, and participatory, while still being carefully facilitated and safe for open and respectful discussion.
At the heart of the experience are a series of immersive virtual reality films featuring six Australian Jews sharing their personal stories and experiences. These stories serve as a catalyst for a facilitated discussion exploring the human impact of antisemitism, reflective listening, and engaging with different perspectives. The workshop is designed to foster empathy, understanding, and constructive dialogue, equipping participants with practical approaches that can be applied in workplace settings.
