Experience The Space Between Workplace Program
Experience and participate in The Space Between, as we demonstrate our new immersive workplace program that helps organisations move beyond compliance toward connection and understanding. Offered at no cost, spaces are limited.
Supported by the Victorian Government’s Multicultural Affairs portfolio and Monash University, the program invites participants to step into the lives of six Australian Jews.
Their stories aren’t about the past. They’re about now. Professionally facilitated, and offered at no cost, it provides a structured framework for dialogue and reflection on how we listen, lead, and make decisions at work, and in life.
The hope is that the change doesn’t just stay in the room. That participants step into the space between, see one another as human, and begin to bridge the distance silence creates.
