Tanya Gold is an award-winning British freelance journalist. She writes for Harper’s magazine, The Spectator, the Jewish Chronicle and the New York Times. She won best feature writer at the British Press awards in 2010 and a Foreign Press Association award in 2015.
Dr. Dan Haumschild is the Manager of Exhibitions and Storytelling at the Melbourne Holocaust Museum and a Visiting Professor of Holocaust and Genocide Studies and Yeshiva University. After 20 years of teaching, museum work, and consulting, Dan’s favourite professional challenge revolves around creating meaningful experiences that invite people into a stronger relationship with the past, with one another, and with themselves. His ongoing research focuses on the relationship between public history, education, and political agency in communities recovering from mass atrocity.
